This Privacy Policy explains how LiliDog Nation collects, uses, discloses, stores, and otherwise handles personal information through its website and community, publishing, profile, creator, streaming, and giveaway features.
1. Age and Privacy
LiliDog Nation accounts are intended for people 13 years of age or older.
We request date of birth during registration to determine account eligibility and enforce age-based access restrictions.
People under 13 may not create accounts.
Members ages 13–17 may use general community areas but cannot access Age-Restricted Content (18+).
Date of birth is private and is not displayed on public profiles.
If we obtain credible information establishing that an existing account belongs to a child under 13, we may suspend the account and take appropriate action regarding personal information associated with it.
Parents or guardians who believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to LiliDog Nation may contact us through the privacy/contact method provided on the site.
2. Information You Provide
Depending on the features you use, information may include:
Account information: username, email address, protected password credentials, date of birth, theme and content preferences, newsletter preferences, profile image, avatar settings, and related account information.
Community content: posts, drafts, comments, reviews, ratings, images, recipe cards, game builds, profile information, friend activity, category preferences, and other material you submit.
Gaming and creator information: in-game names, platform handles, profile or voice-chat links, region, time zone, availability, Twitch username and identifier, Twitch teams, bot commands, favorite streamers, and creator-dashboard settings.
Giveaway information: usernames, entries, winner records, prize selections, in-game names, claim and award history, fulfillment status, fulfillment information, notes, giveaway configuration, assistant access, bot connections, and event records.
Safety and support information: reports, appeals, moderation records, account strikes, copyright complaints, counter-notices, bug reports, screenshots, feature or catalog requests, and business/support inquiries.
Do not submit information through public features that you want to remain confidential.
3. Information Collected Automatically
LiliDog Nation uses session and CSRF cookies and similar necessary technologies to authenticate users, protect forms, maintain sessions, enforce security controls, and operate the service.
Session data may be stored server-side while the browser receives a session identifier.
The site may store interface preferences such as color mode in browser storage.
Hosting and security infrastructure may process standard request information such as:
- IP address;
- browser and device information;
- requested page;
- referring page;
- request time;
- security and diagnostic information.
If analytics, advertising, or additional tracking technologies are introduced, this Privacy Policy should be updated to accurately describe them.
4. Information From Connected Services
If you choose to connect or authenticate using supported third-party services such as Google, Facebook, or Twitch, those providers may send identifiers and profile information authorized through their permission process.
Twitch may also support creator features, team synchronization, chat commands, and giveaways.
Catalog or content features may interact with services such as IGDB, Kitsu, Open Library, Amazon, or other providers.
Remote images, embedded content, links, or integrations may cause your browser to communicate directly with third parties.
Those companies process information under their own privacy policies.
5. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- create and administer accounts;
- authenticate users;
- determine whether someone is eligible to create an account;
- enforce age-based access restrictions;
- provide profiles and personalized features;
- publish and display User Content;
- provide comments, clubs, recipes, game builds, creator tools, and giveaways;
- operate connected-service integrations;
- communicate about accounts and requested services;
- send optional newsletters selected by members;
- moderate content;

- provide blocking and safety functionality;
- enforce the Terms of Service;
- review appeals;

6. Date of Birth
Date of birth is collected for age eligibility, age-based content restrictions, safety, abuse prevention, account administration, and legal/compliance purposes.
It is not displayed publicly.
Users may not manually change their DOB merely to obtain access to age-restricted functionality.
Access to DOB within administrative systems should be limited to personnel with a legitimate operational need.
7. Public Information
Information you intentionally publish may be visible to other people.
Depending on your settings and the feature involved, this may include usernames, public profiles, posts, comments, images, reviews, ratings, gaming identities, and other information you choose to publish.
Some gaming identities may be limited to signed-in members or private depending on available visibility controls.
Do not publicly disclose sensitive information you want to remain confidential.
8. Giveaways
Giveaway owners and authorized assistants may access entrant, winner, prize, and fulfillment information necessary to administer giveaways.
Usernames and winner announcements may appear in Twitch chat, browser sources, giveaway displays, or other locations disclosed as part of the promotion.
Additional information needed to deliver a prize should be collected only when reasonably necessary.
9. Service Providers and Legal Disclosures
Information may be processed by providers supporting hosting, databases, media storage, email delivery, authentication, catalog data, creator integrations, security, or other site operations.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:
- comply with applicable law or legal process;
- protect rights or safety;
- investigate abuse or security incidents;
- enforce agreements;
- respond to valid legal claims;
- administer the DMCA process; or
- complete a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of the service.
LiliDog Nation does not currently sell personal information.
LiliDog Nation does not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If those practices change, this Policy must be updated as required.
10. Copyright Notices and Counter-Notices
Information contained in a DMCA notice or counter-notice is used to administer copyright claims.
A counter-notice, including identifying and contact information contained within it, may be forwarded to the person who submitted the original infringement notice or that person's agent as part of the statutory process.
Do not submit a DMCA notice or counter-notice if you are unwilling to provide the information required by applicable law.
11. Retention
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it is maintained, including:
- providing the service;
- maintaining accounts;
- administering giveaways;
- resolving disputes;
- enforcing agreements;
- maintaining necessary moderation and security records;
- handling copyright matters;
- complying with legal obligations.
Different categories of information may have different retention periods.
Deleting public content may not immediately remove information contained in backups, necessary security or moderation records, legal records, or copies independently posted by another person.
Information should not be retained longer than reasonably necessary merely because storage is available.
12. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the service, including authentication, access controls, CSRF protections, protected password storage, and restricted administrative functionality.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
13. Your Choices and Requests
Depending on available functionality, members may edit profile, theme, newsletter, feed, gaming-identity, integration, and content settings while signed in.
Supported social-login connections may be disconnected through available account settings.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or another available privacy action using the privacy/contact method provided by LiliDog Nation.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Some information may be retained when permitted or required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, enforcement, or other legitimate purposes.
14. Users Under 13
LiliDog Nation does not permit people under 13 to create accounts.
If registration information establishes that a prospective user is under 13, account creation will be denied.
If LiliDog Nation later obtains actual knowledge that an existing account belongs to a child under 13, we will take appropriate action consistent with applicable law, which may include suspension and deletion of personal information associated with the account.
Parents or guardians who believe LiliDog Nation has collected personal information from their child under 13 should contact us using the privacy contact method provided on the site.
15. Age-Restricted Content
Members ages 13–17 may use general community areas but cannot access content designated Age-Restricted Content (18+).
Age eligibility is determined using the date of birth associated with the account.
Age restrictions are enforced by the service and are not merely content-warning preferences.
16. Advertising, Affiliate Links, and Commercial Relationships
LiliDog Nation may use affiliate links, advertisements, sponsorships, or other commercial relationships.
Affiliate and sponsorship relationships will be disclosed where appropriate.
If advertising technologies collect or receive information from visitors, this Privacy Policy and the site's consent/configuration practices must accurately reflect those technologies.
17. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the service, its features, or its information practices change.
The effective date will be updated when material changes are published. Additional notice may be provided when appropriate.
